Just thinking meds only get me to a miserable average, like regular people. Not happy, enthusiasic, fun loving and hopeful like I used to be. I'm at my lowest and now I'm the same ad my old friends as far as boring goes.

Congrats on getting that gear box put in. I bet that wasn't easy work and yet you did it!! Be proud of the good job you did!! Recognize all the positive that you do today no matter how small it seems. If you clean the bathroom, or do the dishes, etc. pat yourself on the back. I think that goes a long way to self-esteem. The bad must still be dealt with of course, but I just try not to focus on it. I deal with it and try to move on. That's the only way I can live in any relative peace within myself. I once thought that If I could somehow talk to Oprah W. and tell her that I knew how to save this world by getting a symposium of good world leaders together such as mother Teresa, herself, and others that I cannot remember now...I was cleaning my house for her arrival. Some Guy named Doug...he was your first friend if you noticed him. The founder of DS Yes, a great support group. I know DS is the best one out there....we have all been there Kev... all of us special chosen people to experience what it is like to have our brains go haywire on us enough to "enlighten" us....thing is, it's also very sneaky and we dont realize we are manic when we are...thats scary to know how many people think I was nuts and now I am dealing with the shame.
