Hi! I;m new here. Finally diagnosed with bipolar..the low spectrum, whatever that means. Anyway I wanted to find out if anyone has tried dilantin. I have addisons disease, my adrenal glands don't work so I'm low dose steroid dependent. Medications really react in me differently because of the steroids. It's so frustrating. I swear I've tried 20 different meds. Lamictal worked for me but I had an allergic reaction; rash and itching. My problem is my manic is being super irritable and angry. I don't get the great "high" but every once in awhile. Any input is greatly appreciated.
