Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

One thing I will never get used to is depression bouts. Such a soul tearing experience.
I'm still adjusting to our move but I'm doing better here than at his grandma's. There I felt like I was being run over all the time.
We don't have a working TV yet or living room furniture. I think that would make me feel better when we do. It would make the place more comfortable.
Things have changed so much since we were in our own place. Everything is so expensive. We have this Orwellian society so your watched all the time. I feel like I'm being judged all the time which I don't enjoy. I have never been good at making friends so I am lonely.
Backlash from the pandemic, people are still isolating. This makes it together to make friends.
I've developed aches and pains that makes it hard to bend over. Also, experiencing a lot of fatigue.
I have a lot more hang ups but you get the idea.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

Your post totally relates. Life just seems hard a lot of the time. I'm a feeler/empath, too, so that does not help I think.
Thank you for posting.
One day at a time.... xo
