I was diagnosed many years ago but I just can't get used to the depression phases. I'm trying the best I can but it is so difficult. It pulls you down deep.
I've bought a paint set and painted a simple picture yesterday. I don't know how, but I keep hanging in there.

I really lean on gratitude when I'm in a depression.... Try writing out 5 things to be grateful for daily
You can keep a gratitude journal.... It truly does help..... You can't feel as low when you're feeling grateful.... Big hug.... xo

It messes with your head and makes time seem forever...
It's hard to move around but even a few shoulder rolls and a short walk will help you to feel a reduction in depressions strong gravity pull...
Good on you for trying a painting and bringing light to this awful darkness!
