Depressed 1st time in along while

I haven't been this depressed in awhile.. I feel as if I have no help.. I can no longer handle work my Dr laughed at me when I asked about disability but like part time so I could keep my part time job..I just can't handle fulltime hours its too much! My boss bullies me every time I call in sick even tho I got a bulk note that says I my be sick once n awhile for my illness....I can't handle it...my Dr won't help me with disability.. O
I try to lessin the bulling by getting my boss the note...I think of getting a new/better as I broke as all shit due to I can't pull full time hours...and a new job mean no bullying when I do call in and more money..but still I'll only make part-time hours can't deal with more Dr won't help I just want to hide in a hole...my brain in broken
Also my fianc has depression so my depressing doesn't help him or his mine...

Ah! My Dr said because I never have committed myself the government won't help me my boss is just a bully!

I'm sorry you're struggling with the work situation and managing a mental illness. I have always been discouraged from disability by my mental health team and it's tough working full time jobs with lots of responsibilities while juggling all of the issues bipolar and medication brings. I don't have any answers for you, just wanted to let you know you're not alone. (((Hugs))))

I have avoided disability because I know I should..but its becoming too much my Dr said because I have never been committed I'm outta luck for help...my gp
