Okay here It is! someone at work today said that depakote could give you high cholesterol cuz its sodium basied So now im all worried about it cuz im not the healthyest eater and I do eat tonz of eggs lately and i get numb like ness in my arms n legs (witch my docter and online said is nomral)
but this cholesterol things buggin me..I see my docter in 3 weeks but i dont wanna worrie like that untill then...so anyone sumone know anything?

I don't see anything about that. I'd definitely ask your doc or pharmacist about it but, I think your co-worker is thinking about lithium.

It is an anti-psychotic. If you ever need to look up meds or even herbal meds check out www.drugdigest.org. It's down right now but you should check it later.

Well I sure as hell hope it doesn't raise your cholestral cuz I was just put on it yesterday and my cholestral is already REALLY freakin high. Like seriously I have CRISCO running through my veins.

Ahem, I effed up. =( I couldn't find any info because the best site I use for looking up meds was down. It is sodium based. I'm curious if you're coworker takes it because they know so much about it.

It didn't say anything about it raising cholesterol but, being that it is sodium based there's a good chance it will. You need to talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
