Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
Be true to your self. Mental health comes first because with out it you lose every thing else.
Well, which would you RATHER do!!!? (Not counting the other stuff.)
If you really, really, really would rather do the job training, then maybe you should try for that, in spite of the difficulty it would mean when it comes to helping the family out and having 'me' time.
How long would the training last and would it lead to something much better?
If you DO go that route and you start to get ill, what will your options be?
Me, I'd pick the least stressful choice.
I don't do well if I have a lot of stress. It's almost given that I will become ill. ESPECIALLY if I wasn't quite stable in the first place!!!
I'd have to really want the harder choice with all my heart and soul before I'd even consider taking it on!!!
Good luck!!!!
Whatever choice you make, I hope it ends well for you!!!!!!
(((((Hugs)))))
I will always regret the day I had to stop working or so I thought I was forced into it I should have worked until I just dropped dead I am not made for disability and now it has been too long out of work
So I write and sometimes put in 36 hrs days but it is worth it when I look at the stats and books I feel whole again after too too long
I'd give it a try.
Unless you have serious doubts..SERIOUS doubts...not just feeling scared because it's something new
I say give it a try
And Good Luck
