This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

Two bipolars on a date
The manic talks so much and so loudly that the people at surrounding tables move. She repeatedly knocks over glasses of water, and brushes silverware off the table. She doesn't notice that her date is a bit down, or that his shirt is covered with pizza stains from the previous weekend.
She finally realizes that her date is drooling and hasn't spoken all evening. So, she flirts with the busboy. Later that evening, she and the busboy make it in the alley behind the restaurant. Afterwards, they fly to Vegas and get married by a preacher dressed as a transvestite Elvis.
The depressive sits with a blank look on his face. He hasn't shaved or changed his shirt in seven days. The restaurant is busy and the bussboy hasn't removed the six empty double Tanqueray and tonic glasses strewn across the table. The depressive hasn't noticed. The voice of the woman sitting next to him sounds like a mosquito trapped in his ear. Though her hands are waving frantically in front of her, to him she looks like a slow motion movie of a person swimming in Vasaline. The depressive goes to the bathroom and passes out in a stall. Waking up up the next evening, he returns to the table and and sits down where he is suprised to see that the dirty glasses his date are no longer there.
