please do not do this, talk to your mother about this, I know you spoke with her but maybe maybe she can help you get some more professional help. I do know how you feel but a good family is always there.

I'm sorry you're having a hard time right now. I am too. The last couple weeks my mind can't let go of the same ideas you're having. But in the end, I know it's not worth it. Dealing w BPD we both know the lows are Reallly low, and the happy highs are Really high. So try to remember that no matter how hurt you are, or hopeless it seems right now, it can get better. I am trying to use positive self talk to get me through today. All you can do sometimes is go a day at a time, a moment at a time. If you need to talk I'm here. Drs wrongly diagnosed and medicated me for this issue and a few others. Finding a good doc willing to truely listen is difficult. I'm on Seroquel now, and it's helpful mostly. I'm still trying to learn the coping skills, and I lose control sometimes, I feel like the Hulk coming outta my skin and I get enraged or emotional. I'm telling you my story so you know you're not alone. I don't have family that are understanding, but you do. Talk to your mom when you're feeling low, or to people on here like me :) good luck.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
