I stuck raisins up my nose..was told at hosp. they'd stick a vacumn up there to retrieve 'em & sneezed 'em out in horror. Only saw one raisin in front of me so was convinced there was another raisin floatibng around my brain for years.
Ate bullets, no joke, on a ranch..a deadly farter to this day.
Parents thought sugar & processed food was evil, never ate 'bad food', so in desperation I made a 'coca cola factory' - basically mixed up toothpaste & water & drank it all, was in hosp. for dehydration,

There was the woman around the corner...she was "the witch". That woman who was accused of killing all of the missing animals in the area for stepping on her property. If you ever stepped foot on her property she would come out screaming...and she happened to know every child's name in the neighborhood.

My brother and I once decided to sit on her lawn sprinklers that automatically came on in the evening...they never worked quite the same after that. haha.

sheesh, thought you meant under 5, Hannah..at 15 I was Wild. Poor parents. I'd laugh when they told me I couldn't go to nightclubs on school nights & say 'try & stop me'.

I was convinced the old lady that lived across the street was a "witch", we (the neighborhood children) were convinced she was in her house cooking up potions to kill us all. We did such horrible things to her.

Someone got a hold of about fifty incense sticks, we stuck them in the ground around her property, and lit them. The fire department showed up about an hour later, not intending to we almost burned her house down.

We stayed up really late one night, we fashioned torches out of dried weeds and sticks. At about midnight we circled her property and lit them, chanting what we thought was an old spell, we were trying to banish her from our world.

She moved to Florida a few weeks after that one. I feel bad about it now. I guess as a child I was kinda stupid.

who wants to hear the Penny story? my twin and I were about four or five years old.................................

I had a certain level of fear of my mother... i don't know why...she wasn't abusive...I guess it was just respect.

I pushed it as far as I could...besides, my brothers were MUCH stranger than I could ever live up to. haha. I was an amateur compared to them.

My older brother was suspended from school for showing up in a pink and white polka dotted dress and a gas mask.

My friend and I did laps around the school for gym, so we'd make conscious efforts to be different farm animals everytime we passed the classes with their doors open.

when little, my aunt gave my twin and I each some money... maybe a quarter... so, we walked to the store and bought some candy...........well, I had a penny left over and we decided to walk to another store where they had penny candy, so I could spend my leftover penny.......................we got lost.................. hahahahahaha, my mom found us wandering around the neighborhood........... I still hear that story every once in a while and it still makes me cringe

When I was about 13 my cousin and her older BF (all of 17!!)would take us out driving around. For kicks we'd go "fuck busting". We'd drive up to lover's lane and shine a spot light into the dark cars with the fogged up windows and watch them scramble back into their clothes.

Of course, Karma is a bitch because years later it would happen to me and the man holding the spot light was a real police officer!

My twin and i were about 4 or so, and were playing in the bathroom, and decided we could both hang from the shower curtain rod. Well, we broke it off (it was the kind that's cemented in) and both found hiding places IN THE BATHROOM so they couldnt blame it on us. Sure, like they couldnt find us in the bathroom!

I remember penny candy. My cousin and I walked to Shorty's little store when I went to visit her once. I was about 7. This was probably 1977. Anywho, I bought a poke full of grape bubble gum balls. I chewed so much grape bubble gum that it made me yucky sick!!!!!!!!!! To this day, I cannot chew or even think about grape bubble gum without remembering just how sick I had gotten. I think I got what they call foundered-ya reckon lol.
