..and no, I am not on a bicycle,,, at least I have my something humor ,, I just get down and stare at some alcohol I have but I do not drink just stare,,, some lady who has some problems with me or the world or maybe the space aliens was supposed to visit or call me yesterday,, we had a " friendship" going and it seemed to send me into a spin of sorts ,, I called a friend and we sort of talked it through,,,
another issue has to do with finding a male therapist on my insurance plan that is in network,,, there are plenty but they are all females ,,, and this ain't any fifty shades of grey thing I want to cover with a female therapist ,,, I don't think they could relate ,, my view anyway,, Still working on it ,,,,

Big hug for you Mycroft... I hope things will turn around for you soon.. You could ask your pdoc to refer you to a male therapist... He/she should know of one...x

Sounds like you're dealing with things effectively. In my case, I'd prefer to see a female therapist, just because I think they do a better job. Your choice.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
