Writing poetry :)

The other day tried my hand at rap poetry. Aoril27 went with a woman friend to a rap poetry event.
Rap poetry. Excuse or a Reason
Is it an excuse or a reason? An excuse is false. A reason is true. A reason in never deceiving. Its consistently leaving the truth and deserves believing. An excuse is dishonest . A reason is the truth. true blue. An excuse is made up to justify what is unjustifiable. Its undeniable that its liable to be unreliable. A reason is real Its something that is reliable. Its based on fact. Its where its at. That ain't no chitchat. And I'm no doormat.
As Shakespeare said to thine own self be true as if he were rappin' today this would be his point of view. This I'm tellin' you. This is no ballyhoo. No don't misconstrue. An excuse is deception. A reason is true.

I teach toddlers & grade schoolers how to play drums, guitar and build computers. Today i have to finish re caning a wee wicker chair for my 2 yr old great grand son. and fabricate a skull headlight and skeleton tail light for his Road Hog tricycle.

I like to crochet and do plastic canvas.

I love any kind of sewing.

I've been drawing pictures of dog breeds for the past couple of weeks. I am a dog lover from way back. Today I drew a Russian Spaniel. It looks like a Sprnger Spaniel only slightly taller.

I quill...not quilt. I create art with teeny strips of paper. Right now it is butterflies. Come on, spring!

I enjoy working with clay.

I wish I could make something creative...so many choices!
But in my current depression all I can do is get myself to function by the hour. It's tiring and I have to keep watching myself to be sure I'm being "normal". It's so hard.

I enjoy writing (poetry, etc.), recording vocal music tracks, playing the piano, and composing music.

I like working on latch hook kits, coloring, and just doodling in the art books my grandpa gave me. However, I haven't done much of any of that lately. I've been letting my depression get worse over the past few months. Just been doing a lot of reading and journaling (at least trying).
