Well can't sleep still going on the second night, not tired and intensly interested in reading mainframe computer communications architecture manuals. I'd say this qualifies me as manic. I guess I might as well forget about lowering my lithium. I just took a bunch of klonopin to try and make myself tired. Man just when I think I have this figured out it just doesn't go like it is supposed to. Anyone else up?

I've been Manic for about a week now- went down for a day, but didn't crash, and went right back up again- but Im cycling between midly depressed and severly manic- I don't kno whats going on- but I feel great!!!! At the moment anyway! LOL

Are you in touch with your pdoc to make a med adjustment? These things can be managed pretty well with the right doses, right?

Who me. Well not at this hour. My guess is more lithium and some klonopin and it will even out. I'd like to get through work tomorrow have gotten some sleep. Otherwsie I will act weird. Just can't be socially work accecptable when manic.

I'm cutting back my little xanax to nothing and seroquel to half its regular dose. I want to see if my tegretol is enough for me. Hopefully I don't lose it all.

I'm a mainframe network communcations engineer. Now I've taken a turn for the worse and poured a vodka tonic and two more klonopin. It's working though, I'm calming down.

Just don't hit the liquor too hard, it's both a stimulant and depressant.
Which can cause sleep deprivation.

And yeah, IT work and mania are usually confused with drug addiction, people, at that level. not familiar with manic tend to equate it with crankster/'cokehead..

Yeah I can see how that cokehead scenarios plays out. Cause basically I'm a coke head with out the coke. Sort of free crank. However comes with a warning label that it may continue to make you high until you are crazy.
