SO enjoyed it as I was entering a manic episode
I have told my bosses about my bp in the past. It didn't go very well for me. But you have to do what you need to if you want to get by.
Maybe you should get one of those special lights that SAD sufferers use. I know some people on the board have good things to say about them!!!
Do you think a med tweak will help thing? Have you let your Pdoc know that you aren't doing as well as you were?
Well, good luck with whatever you decide to do!!! I hope things work out!!! (((((Hugs)))))

I don't know if your company has a human resource department or officer, but if it does, I would go through them before speaking with your boss. It is their job to know what services are available to you as well as being a liaison between you and your employer. Also if you are working with them they can help to protect you against any work place discrimination.
I hope this helps.
I work at a job that has me travelling all the time. I haven't had a day off in two weeks at this point. I am applying for other jobs that wouldn't have me travelling, but I haven't heard back from them. I am just so overwhelmed right now.
My boss doesn't really know how to communicate. She only speaks in business speak, and I just don't feel comfortable around her. I think she would totally freak about the responsoibilities she has given me, if I told her. I would quit if I had a back up plan.I guess I am just venting. Thank you for your replies. I'm just really scared. But maybe I need to be fired. :(
I know me saying "3 days" is overly optimistic. I don't know how many days it took me to get out of my depression to be able to return to work. I would take William's advice and talk to HR. Right now, that's probably your best bet.
