I like to listen to US by Peter Gabriel when I'm hyper. When I'm bummed I like to listen to Jessye Norman singing whatever she can sing. She is so uplifting with her powerful voice.

For calming, I like any ambient music. Also nature cd's of rain or sea sounds; a little hokey maybe but totally effective. Also I have recordings of doves cooing that is really great.

I use music to do allot for me. If I'm angry, NIN, PIG, something Electro.

If I'm sad Counting Crows, Radiohead.

If I feel like I can't do anything right John Lennon, Emmylou Harris, Patti Smith.

I can play music to help me remember events from the past.

I have an IPod that I hold dear. My son bought it when he was in Iraq and had it sent to me. I can't tell you how awesome the last year has been. All my music at my finger tips.
