coming down slowly the usual what bdid i expect just a little more intense had a good rest last night well this morning did not get up till 1 pm learning to stay in bed can do it for a few hours thanks for that
so i will probably be low for a couple of days then back up the lamictal eases the depression anyway so it works that way but does nothing for the rapid cycling but better than nothing
was a little frightening but i am feeling better and can work on crafts a little more creativly not the mad pace to do more and more and get a little sloppy i can pay more attention to detail
the tremor is a little better had sinus problems so was popping benadryl for it so it helped the tremor
last night was trying to make paper roses did it all wrong could not figure out why they were messed up this afternoon saw what i was doing wrong so i can make some for floating teacups i cannot buy a lot of supplies for it flowers cups and saucers because i will probably jump to something else in a couple of days and who knows when i will get back to it house full of them and the fans i was doing first

Here is my new brother, copper :) He's so tiny! Moo and Tuck were ok with him on first meeting. Rocket due to his severe aggression will never meet Cooper.

i do not do it much during the day until after supper then it can go on till morning i hav3e to take breaks you are right trying hard to rest and eat little at a time but often throughout the night
I totally understand the having to be busy, I'm the same way, if I don't keep my brain occupied, I tend to go off the rail pretty easily....I have to keep my mind focused on work or research projects or cognitive brain exercises.
I hope your able to continue to get rest during the day. Its 7:30 and I've not managed to fall asleep yet, so I get that too. My sleep tends to get worse for a while as winter begins to transition into spring.
but the bad news is i am off zyprexa insurance issue they need authorization expired has to be renewed every year so i am off called doctor or np they are supposed to do it call me back no word called this morning urgg have to wait my episodes are getting a little too much worse than usual i do not want to have a full blown manic episode now especially it costs over 1100 hundred dollars so that is not an option have to call doc back what a mess
