i'll second the party plan if you're up for it pagan? can two chefs work together? i'll help with the prep work and you can do the cooking. that's what i do when my son comes home, he's also a chef, we both prep and then one cooks and the other promises to keep their mouth shut! we have fun! while I was in germany i cooked dinner for wolfgang's sister, husband and son on the last night, it went down a treat and we drank lots of wine. a night to remember. for dessert i made a variation of strawberry fool, i blended strawberries, raspberries and a touch of lime, and lined glasses with it, then put blended strawberries with a little honey through stiffly whipped cream, put that on top and topped it all with shavings of bitter chocolate (70%). yummy.

Jan, we can have a party at my place but its too small for everyone so it will have to be at my place in never never land. You all will love it, its large enough for everyone, has a giant pool and a large patio for lounging. Horse sausage sounds interesting irish, sign me up for some and I would be honored to cook beside you. We will need both of us to cook for so many cool peeps. Something tells me this will be fun.

we'll book the limos to bring us there, they'll collect us outside the lounge at any time we want. so when will it be? i'll bring along some german reds, whites and rose's from a little winery in windheim! we can drink bottles of it and no hangovers! such fun!

I'm all for a party!! Irish can prep, Pagan can cook. I'll pass on the sausage (I'm a vegetarian) but the STRAWBERRIES sound magnificent. I'll bring a variety of fresh goat and cow cheese and baguettes. And of course some Pinor Noir and Malbec for those who like Red and Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio for those who like White. Any takers?
