pdocs at 4pm and Im nervous for some reason. I know what I want to talk about but I feel a bit nervous about it, can't figure it out.

WOW!!! It's gotta be super cold up there!! It's 14 degrees here.

I have a pdoc appt on Jan 7th. I'm kinda nervous because I've been in a severe depression for several months and it's just getting deeper and I'm almost afraid that he's gonna put me in the hospital until we can get the depression to lift. I don't want to go to the stupid hospital.

Pagan, can you write it out? Maybe that will calm your nerves?? If all else fails, do you have a prn you can take? Sorry, I know I've asked that before, I just can't remember. Sometimes anxiety is just anxiety and a prn is exactly what we need.

Precious, it's been so warm here lately! Today finally feels like winter again :) Idk what it is, I just love snow, and wearing my wool coat, and boots, mittens, everything. I love being bundled up. Last year I skied for the first time, and it was great!!

Precious, Im in a similar boat. Ive been worried that if I tell my pdoc and/or therapist how bad I really feel then they would lock me up. Im almost certain that they can't do that unless they feel that you are a danger to yourself or others. I even talk about self harm but Im not suicidal even though I sometimes feel I would be better off dead I don't have a plan. I hope your depression lifts soon. Sadie..I have no idea what I want for a prize, you can have it if you want. I just want this fucking depression to go away.

I hate being cold!!! Without going into detail.... I was attacked and held down so tight that my wrists are screwed up. Winter hurts. Sometimes it gets so bad that I can't open jars or packages or type. Winter for me is a painful reminder.

Pagan, I'm not taking your prize. If you don't want it, fine, but I'm not taking it.

Oh, Sadie, I wish I didn't too, but it's the path that I was put on so it's the path I must travel. He hurt me really bad and all I can say is at least i got out with my life.
