Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. I have come out of a weird mood missing the high but may be because I felt strange and depression came to mind
I do seem to be able to watch videos not TV but able o focus on videos
Maybe I will be able to read again small step
It seems to be working for that may help arthritis too
I will stick with it for a couple of months and watch and see
