I do not read every thread or hug or journal etc but I have never seen you be anything but a very helpful,caring gentleman.If ppl thought I did something and I did not know what it was or who they were I would sit down w/ myself and pray and ask that I could forgive myself for anything I may have unknowingly done and then try to move on.Don't let this take over you.

Well to be fare, I think these are people I chatted to individually. I'll be the first one to admit though I have some socialization issues. I spent my life watching people as a child but didn't interact. Now when I do try to interact, especially with women, I think I end up doing the wrong thing and maybe misrepresenting myself.

Well said. And Chugger, as was said perviously as well, don't forget to apologize to the blanket too. That poor blanket can't help it if it can't stand up on it's own. It just nakes us warm, and comes between us and itchy grass. Does it ask for anything in return? Apologize I say! ;-) Forgive me if my attempt at levity misses the mark.

not sure what's going on, chugs, but since we've been down this road before, it seems like you have a real guilt thing. It's one thing to have conflicts with two or three people (most of us here have) but the way you feel like you've hurt the whole group seems a little extreme. Lots of people here like you, you've posted some very helpful things, saved lives, etc. If you have some interpersonal things going on, sounds like something to discuss with a therapist. This sounds like a pattern, whether it's real or imagined

My impression is that it sounds like both, like maybe you pissed someone off and it's all been exagerrated and distorted. Hard to say, but either way, sounds like a therapy topic.

BTW, chugs, communication between men and women (when straight) is often really problematic, people misread, see/hear what they want to see, etc. Like if some woman liked you, she's going to interpret what you say thru a certain lens, regardless of your intention. Sounds like you beat yourself up a lot. You can do the best you can to do the right thing, but you can't control people's reactions. And if they're trying to endlessly guilt you into being/doing what they want, then actually THEY are the manipulator. So y'know, men + women + intimacy/vulnerability = occasional shitstorm. You're not alone, chuggles.

Communication is what is in question here, lack of interpretation, false hopes,cyber relationships,in this medium relationships are quite linear and as such it's hard to see what people are feeling. I am certain this is a matter of inability on someones part to truly understand the projection of certain feelings,distorted or rather convolution of reality. I like you Chugger and hope you can get past all of this. I also have to be honest and say that face to face contact in groups or social situations where certain protocols are kept might be good for your social skills development. These are only things I have seen in my life and they have helped me and good luck, your a good guy.

Chuggs, you and I both know who you are talking about. Why not just leave it and the people alone now. If you dont feel you did anything that is fine, but they obviously feel different so why stir up the shit by texting, calling, or messaging them. Just let it be a chapter in you life move on to the next.
