Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

It's always something with me but I find stretching and exercise helps the best but to do that I need pain relief to get through it. Just had an MRI done end of last year and I'm arthritic in every joint but my wrist and hands.
I've had a few cortisone shot's in my knee but I understand they stop working after a while. Mostly I'm fortunate for low dose morphine over the past decade or so and a high threshold for pain pretty much all my life.
So no, I don't have GAD...at least I don't think so...but I do have PAD which makes walking fast or for long distances impossible. I believe my run in with statins for a decade caused my muscle problems...but in Canada doctors don't admit to mistakes...even when they're protected from lawsuits.
I'm babbling...I hope you find an answer to ease your pain...just saying I know a little about it...I know it's hard but try not to let it take up too much space in your brain...my doc says many things are affected by our subconscious.
~peace out...in~
I'm convinced that I would have gotten fibromyalgia if I weren't so dedicated to exercise and finding a profession that gives meaning to my life.
I just needed to vent. Thanks for your support. I'm sorry you have chronic pain; that is enough to make anyone neurotic!
I live with chronic neck and back pain, have for years. I hurt my back like 3 different times at work. It's also very stress related too. And I also have osteoarthritis on top of it all....ugh
I used to go to the chiropractor every other week but can't afford it now. I take a pain med and it helps alot.....it was the last resort for me but I have a better quality of life than I used to. :-)
