I'm not doing well at all.....struggling and battling the miserable existence this damn illness can put us through. Back on the Abilify I go.......
And where the hell are all my friends when I need them?? Everyone at the beach or something?? WTH?
I can't seem to get out of my head and I could use some help. I'm going full throttle in reverse or something. Don't see happiness in anything atm, not one damn thing. Negative thoughts are consuming me right now.....I want to run but don't have anywhere to run to. And if I scream to loud I'll end up in the hospital.......help me get a grip here will ya???
