Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
i stopped keeping track of moodswings i did not even know that i was depressed it is usually very mild just sleeping more appitite low and not being very productive with crafts
i was just wandering around thinking what is wrong with me why do i feel so miserable
i had a birthday and called the np the same day she sang happy birthday to me so i reliezed that it was that day
talked about increase in zyprexa but that is out of the question i am on max and was once taking twice the usual amount and it did nothing more
so here i am feeling better doing loads of crafts and thinking more positive about the future beggings of hypomania and now i know that i have to be more viligent with keeping aware of cycles the days changed and i was not aware
the most important thing for me is to stay aware once i completely forgot i was bipolar did not see a doctor and then forced into the hospital for 6 months with no meds
i finally came out of it and began meds and was released in a couple of days that showed me that i have to conciously be aware of what i am feeling there is a name for it since then it has been a struggle but there are signs weather the moon and its phases nature in general can govern what state i am in helps any way if i cannot see the beauty of nature then i know to call the doc things better today feeling up and eager tio start craftin g so working with my cricut making cards painting glass balls etc better times ahead
