i cannt sleep :( what to do?

not sure...do you want to go to sleep.....or do you have something you can do by staying awake......when night comes I like to got to bed and fall asleep.....I use hot milk, hot herbal tea, and take deep breaths..and do my best to relax.....Is this a bipolar moment for you

Can you exercise? I try to do that to tire myself out sometimes.

Sorry if this is too personal... but I sometimes try to "make myself happy". It can take the edge off and bring a sense of calm, if not sleepiness at times.

i tried having a hot shower n vicks on my chest but im just restless, i want to sleep but my mind is racing.i dnt wanna make myself happy lol but thanks for sharing. i dnt drink tea, and ive tried breathing. ive also tried having the tv on n music as i like noise to sleep but doesnt seem to be doing the trick tonight.. *sighs*

i dont have any drugs,, just advil and im takin a medication for migraines so i cant take advil with it. also i have graval but that keeps me awake :( yes no sleep sucks..

sucks.. i usually sleep all time but i just seem unable to sleep tonight. i usually fall asleep early n sleep in but i up lots at night

i slept.. but i slept like shit.. up every hour or so. it took me till almost 2 am to to fall asleep. and i dont like milk.. so i dont have any in the house.
and as for trading not being able to wake up? that sucks, i have that problem all the time

The guy from the Mentalist TV show told a person on the show to breathe in one and breathe out two.

I focus on the breathing and the counting and I have fallen asleep each time-it really did work.
