Dinner was a chicken spinach lean cuisine and a 100 calorie bag of cookies, yummmmmmmmm, not but really didn't want to as my ulcer is still acting up but doctor says I have to.
it's newspaper burritos again for me tonight. I am way too cold to get up and cook and most of my food is frozen. not touching that.
