You know I can't figure out how I can be just dead tired, can't even get out of bed then I can be like tonight. Just wide awake, I'm not hypo or anything I just can't sleep. And I know I'm goint to feel like shit tomorrow but it doesn't help get me to sleep tonight. I used to take ambian and I got really addicted to it so I quit taking it. I've taken a couple of Klonopin but they don't seem to be kicking in. Besides ambien and klonopin any one have any suggestions about getting to sleep.

I'm tried to the bone...and can't sleep..it's a med reaction.
pdoc says it should pass in a few weeks....like who can go weeks w/o good sleep ?

Even with a Klonopin..I'm not sleeping

That's something I just don't have a problem with. Sleeping is not an issue with me. Mind you, in the past I did have weeks were I couldn't sleep, but in the past 12 mths, I have had no problem going to bed at 9pm and sleeping through till am.

I just started takeing Ambien CR, after regular Ambien wouldn't keep me asleep through the entire night. So far and it's been working for me.
It's only been about a week. But tonight woke up at 2am. and I'm still up ........ ugh

I have been this way for the last couple of weeks. I am not hypo in any way, but I am not sleeping. The strange thing is I am not feeling the effects. I will be drowsy for about two hours from about 9-11 AM, but then nothing else. Then the night I am back to not being able to fall asleep.

For myself, I really cannot have sleeping pills around the apartment so I am not sure what we can try either. Blech.
