and I totally get where you are coming from...I wish I could clean house at night ..but it would keep my sister awake
My sleep is about 3am - to 10 or 11am right now - I don't like it, frustrating at night, and the day seems screwed before I start....
ah, good luck to ya!
I've gone through a whole bunch of meds to help me sleep, so I know there's a lot of them out there.
Seroquel works best for me.
I admit I do sleep 9 or 10 hours, but that's how much makes me feel the best.
I don't want to cut it to 8 hours if it means I'm going to feel like crap.
I sometimes go through a stretch where I need 12 hours sleep every night.
Good luck.
Maybe you'll have to compromise and sleep a bit longer than you'd like. Maybe just 9 hours?
I hope it works out.
Exhaustion is my best sleep aid. Hope whatever you take works for you.
