They won't do anything here Our mental health system is AWFUL. I have a friend whose husband od'd on meds. They sent him home and couldn't even get him in to a partial program for TWO WEEKS. I don't know what they will do for me. I'm going to lay down and sleep and pray for some relief in the coming days. I just haven't felt this bad in so long. Thank you all for being here for me. I really do appreciate it!!!!!

Usually in my support group we make an agreement for daily contact.

I had an appointment with my career counselor today and then attended a networking group for people looking for work. I made myself swim tonight. This is going to sound weird, but when the sun starts to go down, I get REALLLLLY anxious

I'm sorry ur so down right now. But, you will get through this, ur stronger than you think you are.

I agree with the above comments, try and bump up ur appt with ur doc if you can, and call a crisis line if it gets really bad.

TC, doesn't sound weird at all. I have gotten anxious at sundown into the night, especially when I took pristiq. I'm not sure why that happens, but it happens to others. My pdoc at the time acknowledged this pattern.
