Seems it's hiding and it has no intention of returning anytime soon which I kinda don't mind. Beats being hypersexual and wanting to jump random people all the time. Of course the fact that I'm not interested in sex or being sexual is worrying. I'm not really on anything- just my benzos which are prn so that's not it. I don't know what happened but every time I think about sex I wanna throw up. Considering it's been more than a month since I last got some and I haven't thrown a fit, thought of cheating, or even really flirted with anyone I'm a little worried but thankful. It's kinda nice being able to go through the day without lusting after people or getting distracted by boobs and legs and all that yucky stuff but still, that's ME so... Who am I without it? And why is it gone?
I told my doc next time I see him we're going to discuss the antidepressant problem. I had heard that Wellbutrin increases your sex drive. That would be cool! Trazadone helps me sleep and Elavil never affected my sex drive. So it's the Citolapram!!!! I want off of it.

My drive is affected by age and by other factors. I live in a highly highly dogmatic environment where you can't even breathe without folks thinking bad things, so I sublimate my hypersexuality by daydreaming. Recently things have been getting chronic in that regard.
I know that there is healthy sexuality and my sibs all tell me that there is a healthy balance to be struck, but everything in my life is so regimented, so religious and rendered inept that I just find good old fashioned fantasy helps and a good old hug to the spouse..........this seems to hold me fairly well.
The good news is that for about 5 years now, I can proudly say that i have not had any adulterous feelings towards anyone in my building and I feel very proud of that. So, I'm getting better but once in awhile, my fantasies get too proflic and I have to tone them down a bit.
