i don't know exactly what sort of help i am asking for, i just can't stand the way i feel right now. i'm depressed, and i haven't been able to sleep in days, and with what little sleep i get, i wake up with a massive anxiety attack. i was 4 hours late for work today because i couldn't leave the house.
i am going to try to go to bed soon, to see if i can make myself, "get tired," even though i am not. but, i have the feeling of butterflies in my tummy. feeling so sick and anxious, and i don't have anything that i can take for it. i was going to drink a glass of wine, but, i know that will make it worse. i took a hot bath, but i couldn't sit still.
i have to work early tomorrow, so i have to wake at 6. we are going to have a snowstorm, and it is supposed to snow 10 inches. i live at the top of a very steep hill, so i will have to park far down the road, like over a mile, and walk home tomorrow just so i can get out for work on monday. then i have to drag my suitcase down there on monday when i leave to travel.
i feel like i am going to have a meltdown. i can see it coming, and i don't know how to stop it. i am so so so so so anxious!

I am so sorry you are feeling this right now- that kind of constant anxiety can be really tiring. Do you have any benzos or other anti-anxiety meds you can take?

Anxiety on it's own is tough enough.I hate that feeling of hurry up and go to sleep- it feels impossible. Adding walking a mile uphill in 10 inches of snow would add just a touch of dread to the picture. Even with my heavy duty night meds, I still have nights like that. I hope that you can take a few deep breaths and maybe listen to some relaxing music to help you drift off.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
