It's commonly known as the anti-depressant Welbutrin or Zyban. It helps by keeping dopamine (a feel good brain chemical) circulating through the brain. It's also used for ADHD and Smoking Cessation programs. It's not usually the first choice of an AD because it has been associated with seizures. I took it and it made me anxious.

It's supposed to help your attention span and it is an antidepressant, but it caused me to be super anxious, get NO SLEEP, and very soon i will be going off it.

i'm on it and i love this pill!! it has helped lift my moods, my attention span, and it doesn't make me tired, and i didn't gain weight on it. if anything it curbed my appetite that i lost weight. as far as being anxious, i'm already anxious to begin with.. so no biggie there.

as far as the seizures.. i read that is mostly an issue with patients who have a history of an eating disorder and take wellbutrin.. didn't think that was the public in general. i also know that many mood stabilizers have risk of seizures. so no matter how you look at it, you can't win.

It helped me out of depression for awhile very well.

I liked the XL version better but didn't think it was worth it at 10X the price.

I couldn't take it after 5 pm or it would keep me up at night.

I've taken it for a number of years. it along with lexapro work well for me. never had any seizures, but it can happen, never heard of it happening to anyone i know of. I take it in the morning, it doesn't cause any anxiety for me, but does make my hands tremor a little bit. I can live with that. Hope this helps.

I like Wellbutrin. I took it for about 5-6 years. I didn't get too wired up with this anti-depressant.

I've taken it for 8 years. It is a wonder drug as far as I'm concerned. No side effects.
