ok so im coming down from a high as previously said in another thread, but im not sure whether it was a manic high or hypomanic these are what happened to me.

Decreased need for sleep so only needing 4-6 hours a night instead of 10-12
Distractible oh look a bird, easily switching off from the situation and being distracted by other things around me.
Lack of concentration not able to focus on one thing, doing a million things at once not being able to complete anything.
Racing thoughts thinking lots of things, going from topic to topic, not able to slow mind down, like too many fish in a fishbowl swimming around nowhere to go and not able to grab a hold of them.
Excessive energy, not feeling tired, having inner restlessness, unable to keep still even when body is screaming out for rest
Increased confidence, lack of shyness I'm a very shy person usually
Increased sexual activity, not just intercourse but thinking, talking, touching, looking at others, flirting
Increased talking, talking louder
Irritability and agitation, getting stressed with everyone, snapping and jumping at everyone, verbally attacking everyone including random shoppers who get in my way (grr), getting aggressive with others,
Spent time on the computer where I was thinking faster than I could type and my hands couldnt keep up with my mind.
Spending money on things i didnt need, urges to go to bank and get loans or go to loan sharks.

felt more good than anything else, dunno what do you think?
