Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

I haven't been taking my meds at the right time. I've been staying up late. My body's out of whack. Been crying again. My family is upset with me. Getting frustrated with me. It hurts. My body hurts. I am going to go to sleep tonight early. My body hurts. I feel weak. I haven't been thinking right again. Nit trusting my loved ones, pushing people away. Being stubborn. I need to see my therapist. I need to quit being self destructive. How do I stop this. I get in this crazy way sometimes. How do I stop? How do I stop getting like that?

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

First, I hope everyone is doing well, and continuing to fight that good fight! Keep up the great work on yourselves; I'm rooting for all of you!So, I started doing therapy at the beginning of the year, when I was in my most depressed state, but with my therapist, I made big changes and steps in the right direction. But, over a month ago, she couldn't take my insurance anymore, and I had to stop...
I've sabotaged many relationships. I own-up to that. So many more were done by others. That's on them. Isn't there anything you can do right now to continue the dialog you started here? I'm here to listen and support you ~ I hope you know this.
I wish I had all the answers. I don't. Sometimes I wonder myself what I'm throwing-out there. So it stands to reason(my reasoning, that is)that it's better to be alone. Yes. It is better ~ but only at times and not for too very long at all...not when there are other ways to look at things.
Once I saw this: "Build a bridge and get over it." It makes me laugh at what I am considering to be crazy. Other times, it's just a good reminder not to stay on my side of the world.
Hope this helps, Bravered. I'm still right here to hear you.XO
To finish my prior post, I feel like I have a terrible hangover for two days, including after the first dose. I recommend setting alarms for each med, and always stop and take it on that schedule, even if you're too tired or beat down to get out of bed
Sharing in a post like this one is one of the tools I use in managing my symptoms. It helps me sort through the crisis and clarify my next management step.
But that is me. . .
Continued support while you figure out what works for you, Bravered. The physical pains which accompany my own episodes can be fierce. Ouch on high.
