Blue light?

Ok. This is the 2nd time I was talking to someone about my bp and they mentioned using a blue light....huh? Does anyone know anything about this working for us bp's? What is it and how does it work?

the only thing i can think of is the "blue light" special Kmarts have. Sorry, not very helpful I know. Never heard of it.

SAD Lamps??? They put out the full spectrum!!!

Blue light therapy is for Seasonal Affective Disorder, or SAD.

Most people get a little blue in the winter time, especially people who live in areas where there is a lot of cloud cover. I live in the Seattle area, and yes people get ridiculously depressed here.

My depression gets worse in the winter and I fly high in mania during the summer. so I use the "Go-Lite" by Apollo. So far it seems to be working.
