I use the cards. I have a few of her books and the cards, and I think they are a brilliant idea. they have helped me learn alot about myself... they are cards with catagorized symptoms on them, and I find they are useful to have, I can look at them and see exactly where I am at. I would highly recomend them.

Lol, okay, the health card system is a bunch of cards with bipolar symptoms on them. They are catagorized, and each one has three sections:the symptom, what I can do as a person to make myself a bit better, and what our supporters can do to help. It also helps others understand where we are emotionally, and how to better grasp what our reality is.
