Hello, everyone. I have a therapist which I have been seeing a little over a year now. She recently told me she felt that much of the behaviors that are causing me problems seem to be similar to that of Bipolar II. I know little of the BP and wasnt aware there was a BP II. I was hoping to become a part of this group to make some sense of things.

I always suggest a newbie post and reply as often as you can...we get to know each other better that way.
I have one suggestion...a Therapist , really isn't qualified to diagnose bipolar..see a psychiatrist , they specialize in bipolar disorder.
Also, to learn more about BP I and BP II , check out the Mayo Clinic site on bipolar...lots of info on symptoms and treatments , can be found there.

Dancingd, great advice. I will attempt to do just that - if I can remember, been so tough just remembering the most basic stuff (paying rent, getting my son from school, etc). By the way, I appreciate your suggesting a psychiatrist for me. I signed a release for my Therp and my Psychi to discuss "me"...... oh boy
