I seem quite dull being medicated but it sure as hell beats the alternative. I was fun till I turned psychotic. Don't want that to happen again!

I used to be bored alot...But I needed to find a whole lot of new things to do, that I can enjoy, and also, I never really used to have pleasure in the little things....I try and enjoy every minute now. I forgot who the old me was, and totally had to find a new me. I'm rarely bored these days....I'm for stability any day...

I told my Pdoc that is this is stable or "normal" he could have it.

I'm not bored that would mean I had feelings, I'm numb, I don't give a shit. I don't have anything to do. This is not depression. I have no neg. thoughts either.

The area I live in is a dead end. I have no money, not because of spending, never did that, I was the hypersexual manic.

I just have no interest in anything. The only good thing in my life is my daughter and I have joint custody so I don't have her all the time plus she graduates this yr and is off to college.

My Pdoc finally after 3 yrs gave me an anti depressant to try and help this but I've not been on it long enough and he is slowly upping the mgs to make sure it doesn't put me into a manic. (I wish)

I hate the numbness, its like swimming in fog and I dont care about much. I cant even get angry.

My therapist tells me to avoid stress at all costs being bipolar. So where do i get my fun. We who are bipolar seem to thrive on drama even though it has bad consequences. Depression...etc.. So ive had to get used to a rather boring life. But im finding other things can be quite fullfilling. Spending time with my family, outdoors. I used to look at life as a movie. Id go crazy and leave all these train wrecks behind me and run away laughing like it didnt matter. Then id feel like a terrible person and lay in bed self loathing all the time about the type of person i was. It is so much better not to have to do that.

I think when I have a place to work on mosaic art again (not to distant future), I will begin to blossom again.
