I've often wondered whether or not I am, in fact, a "bitch". Some people think so, but seeing as there seems to be many ways a person can be viewed as bitchy, I'm confused as to what earned me this title.
I'm opinionated, sharp tongued and don't like bullshit, drama or lying, but I'm not a mean person. I don't throw insults around and try to be as understanding and fair as I can be.
Maybe it's because I'm sometimes too honest and tell it like I see it. If someone is being immature or throwing a pity party (which, yes I do as well, I'm no where near perfect) and asks my opinion, I'll often say that it's time to put on their big boy/girl pants and get on with things. I've gotten some nasty looks for that!
Dunno... but maybe being bitchy isn't always a bad thing?

Words are funny things though, curse words especially. Everyone takes them differently. That's part of the reason I get so confused when people call me a bitch. To what type of bitchiness are you referring? There's bitch = mean and spiteful, bitch = blunt and disagreeable, bitch = uncooperative, bitch = pissed off, bitch = cold and unresponsive, etc. etc. So many different meanings!!
I neglected to take that into consideration when I started this post. For the record, I was referring to being blunt and disagreeable to a bad situation, rather than pretending that everything was sunshine and daisies.

You, Bree, there's only so much shit anyone can take before they either gotta swallow...or spit...but the real question is how much shit you can let someone stuff in yer craw. Spitting...is not a capitol offense...so glad you're not violent.
