Ok here is the run down.....
Stablish for a good many months....the occasional falling into a pothole-feeling more than tired, depressed, don't want to do a darn thing. But it lasts a few days and then it's back to feeling pretty good to hypomanic. It's been nothing like the weeks long depressions that I used to have.
I'm a bit concerned because atm I feel as if I could just go back to work fulltime after being out of work since 2006!!! I feel like the blinders have been lifted and all is good with me and the world. I know Hypomanic is screaming in my head right now.
I'm not making an rash decisions though on the brink and very tempted. I mean I seriously was going to get up go fill out an application at the hospital, get my job back as a nurse and go about my business like nothing has ever changed. I'm NOT doing it, though the temptation is very extremely pressing.
For those of you who work and are on SSDI.....how did you know you were ready to go back??
I really think it would help my self esteem but I'm not so sure I could handle a huge review either.....I know I can't have it both ways. Any input would be greatly appreciated!!

Once BP and on SSDI I wouldnt think of going back to work. I may have been on a good cocktail of meds but I stilll break out and line up the pills on the counter to take or go out and spend $500 on a whim. In otherwords I am NOT thaat stable.
Everytime I go anywhere around pp I HAVE to take one or two Klonopins bec I get to jacked up and act stupid.
I would consider part time first and see how you do. If you do decide to call SSDI and go full term, tell them you want the 9 month back to work trial. IF you can complete that, SSDI will cut off your payments and its all on you. I think the good and best thing to do is to start out part time
I just can't find anything that is reasonably stress free
