I have been a wreck for the past few weeks, just about crying every day and being suicidal.
I started taking sodium valproate (Epilim) about a week ago, and I'm finding I'm not falling into the slump that I was in. My circumstances hasn't changed yet I feel like I'm coping again.
Shops have opened again and the general buzz around town is back after the xmas period. My xmas and new years was awful and I'm glad its behind me. Now I can get on with my plans that I have set for myself this year.
