I know I can tell you guys anything and you can talk to me.  I've been really afraid of being judged lately but maybe I need to be judged.  I'm so forgetfull and clumsy anymore.

I spoke to my psychiatric nurse practitoner a few days ago. She recommended valerian root to calm me at night. She recommended a couple other natural things.

Along with Suncloud thoughts on medication, stress is also a contributor to forgetfulness. Are you dizzy, do you see stars when you stand quickly? These are medical situations that can cause the lack of balance. I'm wondering though, are you 'judging' yourself or is someone 'saying/seeing these behaviors'? The reason I ask is "their Perspective and where they are At" can
be myths where Reality is real. I hope you will continue to post and work through these questions with your psydr. ML (((Hugs)))
