I Don't know if I posted this before:
At my new job, I ran into my old OMD manager. :D In the management Office. I was so happy to see her. At my last job, she was my cubey buddy, for her entire time in that position :D before she had to leave on Family Medical Leave because of her mental issue with her Bipolar and her medications beginning crazy on her.
Well, that place was less then understanding ( same reason I left) , so she used her time off to find a new job and now is Management at Macy :D- I am so happy to run into her. We got so much catching up to do. We were starting to, but she had to get on the floor. she left her Bf, that use to bring her self-esteem down. I am so happy for that. I once made her a sign while I was bored at my desk between long wait times on the phones, that said:
A Five Letter Word Can't Define me ( Pretty), It Takes Nine (Beautiful).
that she hung at her desk.
I am so happy to reconnect with her after what my last friend did to me. Grr and that girl that gossip about me to all the other people at that job use to try to gossip about this girl to me too, but I wouldn't participate with her. She use to make comments about Aprils disorder, so why did I think she would be accepting of me. Sometimes, I trust ppl to easily. I should I trusted April first. I told April so much more and it never went anything in the 2 years since I told her. Heather knew for 3 months and the entire Office knew within that time. That Bitch.
Anyway- So happy to reconnect with April, Hoping she can give me a good recommendation from the season for a year around position after the holidays since she knows first hand how well I perform on my last job. :D
