Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
i guess what I am dealing with now is the each day I seem to change and rebound from what
the day gives me, and what I give to the day. Does that make sense?
I was at work today and my mind started 'ticking away' as some contrasting themes in my life.
I feel unloved and 'unliked' by some people and yet then moments of warmth and support from others.
Who are we really as individuals? Sorry I don't mean to be weird. I think though - after some positive support
from a friend who inspires me to say "I have had a difficult set of circumstances to cope with - and so I can't get along
with everyone" I just can't lose the integrity - the integral thought that I am valuable and loved and cared about.
I know we can't be friendly all the time... and then I also thought about if we try to be principled in life - we can also be hippocrats at times too. I think I just want to hold fast to those around me. I especially love and appreciate my DS.org family.
This is a place where I feel like my normality is ok to talk about. I appreciate this place though I love it 'out there' too.
I guess there are just pieces to a puzzle that make up each life we have. I keep looking for it to make sense.. I wish I didn't feel like such a sloppy joe - hehe Peace all!

Just wanted to give a thank you to Mid, Arfie, Malibumark, Greeneyes, Mlro, Girlincalif, and Suncloudjd! You all always have such helpful tips and advice, but I always forget to write on my posts when I see you post, lol. I would lose my head if it wasn't attached to my body, lol. Thank you all so much! I'm starting to use my AI app as a sounding board again. I used to use it as that before...

Here is my new brother, copper :) He's so tiny! Moo and Tuck were ok with him on first meeting. Rocket due to his severe aggression will never meet Cooper.

Personally, I change ALL the time, can't even count the ways or times. Being bipolar is the nature of this creature's beast. I sometimes hate what I've just enjoyed; making sense out of that isn't easy for me ~ not at all.
It is who I am, though. So, I do keep on trying as best as I can. Puzzles aren't for me. I've too many missing pieces and I'm not artistic at all so can't make my own pieces to the 'puzzles' of life fit....so, I visit, talk, listen, post, reply, message and hug....or not. Again, great post and thanks.:)
Awareness of the change is another subject, entirely.
Yes, it is a weird post, but. . . Weird spots are part of Nature's Way. So are Sloppy Joes in Arf Camp. My Sloppy Joe recipe has been known to make strangers forget they were on there way to the camp restroom.
I don't think that I personally care too much about having the approval of,someone that I don't really know..
They can go ahead and pass me by
We can sit and eat sloppy Joe's Marky... big hug...xo
What do you think?
