Yeah it is state health insurance, but it works in a pinch. All my meds, doc visits, even recent physical therapy are covered. Oh, therapy is covered for six months as well.
I applied through DSHS (Dept Health & Social Services). They put you through many of the same steps as SSI. I am on what is called "Disablity Medicaid". According to the state of WA I am disabled and not capable of working. They re-check once a year.
