Remember YOU are the expert on stage
Keep eye contact with just a few of the people in the crowd....say 3 or 4 people , keep your eye contact limited....that way you don't go into shock looking at EVERYONE !
Good luck !

I would say to try NOT looking at the same person all the time when you're doing the "eye contact thing." It always makes me nervous when the speaker keeps looking my way.....so vary where you look, and it will make you appear more comfortable.
If you CAN, try to be one of the first to do it so you can get it done and over-with!!!
Good Luck! It'll all be over before you know it!!!!
Our advice about eye contact SOUNDS opposite, but it's not really.....
Don't look at EVERYONE, but also don't just look at one person, either. Haha!
at first, maybe pretend you are looking in a mirror and giving the speech to yourself, only let your eyes then go to the few ppl in the crowd you want to glance at.
God be with you as you grow in strength!
