Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
If there's a pool or hot tub at the hotel your in, take advantage of them.....great way to relax. Do some positive thinking exercises before you go to sleep at night, so there in your subconscious when you fall asleep. Just think to yourself, "this job is a good opportunity" "I can do this" "I'm not a failure, I'll succeed at learning new things"
Its almost like self-hypnosis, you just lie in bed on your way to sleep, but repeat positive thoughts to yourself, so when you fall asleep that's whats in your head, it helps keep the anxiety at bay. I'm sure you'll be fine. Take lots of notes if you need to, and you can study them later.
