Are you on any anti-anxiety meds? Can you call your pDoc and let him know how you feel? Bad anxiety is no fun! Can you go run around the block where you live? Do push ups? Take a warm bubble bath? Listen to quiet music?

I have clorazapam ..but i hate takeing it..i was talking to my xgf that helped just haveing sumone to talk to but no my anxity went to just fast ah!..everything I dont have a p-doc that gives u pills only one that talks my gp who gives me my pill isnt LISTENING TO ME!!!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
