I had ana interview today for a resident aid at assisted living. The director had me fill out an application and asked me about why I wanted to work there. He then sent me for a drug screen and fingerprinting. Orientation is Thursday this week. I am relived to have a job again. Fingers crossed that I like it. I worked for the company before in housekeeping and I liked it. Its part time and the shifts ar 3pm-11pm. A bit late for me but I know I can do it.

Woohoo! Congratulations! Glad to hear your good news. Processing work frustrations in therapy really helped me learn how to deal with workplaces, and ultimately, how to be more confident.

    Today mom and I are taking Moo and Copper to the vet for vaccines.  I'm watching a movie having coffee while copper snoozes in between my knees.  What does Thursday look like for you?

    I've been on high dose prednisone for pneumonia, and now I am slowly weaning. But lots of symptoms I don't like having, plus overeating has put at least 10 lbs on me. The food is "loud" as the GLP-1 users refer to it.Also pressured speech. Which comes out in my posts. Sorry I posted so much. I just need an outlet for my agitated and irritable brain. Just scroll on by my posts, if they are too...
