I am a horrifying mix of depression and SEVERE irritability. I feel like crying uncontrollably and pounding my fist through the wall at the same time. I am very angry at the way I am treated by family and coworkers to name a few. I know that I am judged by my size. I don't blame people. I am a fat, ugly pig. I am angry at myself for becoming a huge, hideous fat hog. I am uncomfortable and in pain most of the time. It hurts to walk or stand. I have no energy AT ALL. it's my fault. I have been taking the long route of suicide by gaining weight. It's not working. All it has done is make things worse. when I lay dowN at night, I beg Jesus to please take me. I have a clock in my place that I watch the clock tick and think that every second that goes by is one less second that I will have to live.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Ouch again. I pray to Jesus, and my own deities as well, that you find a glimmer of self-compassion. I offer you some of mine until you grow some of your own.

Anger probably need a positive outlet like focusing on doing things you love. You have done one positive act already to express what you are feeling and that is a step in the right direction.
Just thank Jesus and pray to him that he reduces the pain that you may be experiencing
