Do you think "Amends" are needed for ex's? I put so many ex's thru so much BS and never new why. I thought I was so cool to date for 3 months and break up. Reality is they would break up with me but, I could careless. Now, I care and can't take anything back. Should I contact them and let them it was my illness that I recently found out about?

Well, in my opinion the past is just that;the past. If you spend so much energy on looking back, you cant' focus on the future. Although it may serve your immediate needs of feeling as though they perhaps deserve an explanation, long term it doesn't serve a purpose.

Also, do you really want ex flames knowing that you have a mental illness? I mean, ex's can get pretty nasty and they could throw that back in your face. So I don't know if despite your good intentions, this could go terribly wrong and backfire.

Just my opinion though.

Thanks! It's not too important to go back. .... I'm headed in the right direction and that's all that counts. I was still amazing and beatiful inside & still am :) ( gotta train my brain!!
